Session 7: Tracking Your Food

Adaptations to this session include conducting a review in the session of serving sizes based on everyday objects rather than just providing information in a handout. This session also includes a simplified food tracking tool that focuses on the most common calorically dense foods. Information on food labels was adapted to match common South African labeling practices. Lastly, all participants are asked to track their food intake every day until the next session.
