Identify challenges of eating well at restaurants and in social situations
Understand ways to cope and deal with the difficulties of eating well away from home
In this session participants learn about the challenge of eating healthy at restaurants and in social situations. Suggestions are provided for ways make healthier choices and to cope with social situations to avoid unhealthy eating.
