Have some ideas for how to handle weight changes after the program
Set a goal for after the program
In this session participants reflect on their progress since starting the program. Participants are reminded that sessions will continue on a monthly basis after this session. Suggestions are made for ways to maintain lifestyle changes in the absence of weekly program meetings.
