Video Sessions

The core program consists of 17 sessions that cover the content of the 16 core sessions of the US DPP (“Prevent Type 2”). Two new video sessions (“recruitment sessions”) were created to provide potential participants with a rationale for joining the program. The links below provide more detail on each session including an overview of goals and adaptations made from the original DPP. Video clips are also provided.
